Who Is Eligible?
- You must be a Knox Co. resident for at least 90 days
- You must not have access or be eligible for any other type of insurance or government sponsored healthcare program.
- Your annual household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. See the chart below to determine income eligibility:
